The wind farm was open to the public on Saturday 14 June 2008. We were joined by around 1,500 visitors, who had the chance to see inside one of the turbines, quiz us about how the wind farm was built and how it works as well as enjoy funfair-style games. Visiting a working wind farm is the best way to see for yourself what they are really like. We plan to hold further events in future.
